We just celebrated Christmas at Mission of Hope Dora with our annual Toy Giveaway and we are so thankful for everyone who donated and volunteered to make this possible.
Want to be a part of this next year? Your gift helps show the love of Jesus and the true meaning of Christmas to families in our area. Keep the Mission of Hope in mind when you see items on sale throughout the year. You can be His hands and feet and show His love to those who have been struggling financially. Each Christmas, pre-qualified children receive new coats, new shoes, and gloves and visit with Santa at the North Pole. Mission of Hope is introducing our new donation policy, effective Monday, December 30, 2024.
We will be accepting bagged or boxed clothing, shoes, blankets, small household items, and small furniture every Monday and Wednesday from 8am to 11:30am. On the third Saturday of each month, we will accept donations from 8am to 10am, weather permitting, and we invite you to join us in making a difference. Please note that we are unable to accept large furniture, sofas, mattresses, or box springs. If you have any questions or require guidance, you can contact us at 205-255-7181. We kindly request that you refrain from leaving items at the blocked entrance of Mission of Hope. We appreciate your support and assistance in helping us reach the community. |
